Automated Live Cell Imaging

By enabling real-time cell monitoring inside the incubator, it allows for seamless observation and tracking of cellular dynamics without disrupting the natural growth environment. The system’s dual fluorescence and bright-field microscopy enable simultaneous visualization of multiple markers, while the multi-point time-lapse imaging captures dynamic cellular events across different locations.

Real-time monitoring inside the incubator

Celloger® Pro is designed to facilitate real-time monitoring of cells inside an incubator. By simply placing the device within the incubator and connecting it to an external PC, researchers are able to remotely observe cells in real-time. With the time-lapse function, cell images are captured according to the schedule set by the researcher; the images can then be easily converted into time-lapse videos.

Automated multi-layer vessel monitoring system

Celloger® Stack is an automated multi-layer vessel monitoring system that enables real-time imaging of cell samples while they are cultured in an incubator. The system is capable of detecting cells growing in a multi-layer chamber and identifying the optimal time for cell harvest. With its motorized camera that can move in all directions, the system captures multiple points within the travel range which can be made into a time-lapse video with a simple click.

The system automatically captures the images of set positions in accordance with the time-lapse schedule set by the user.

You can review these images to determine the optimal time for cell harvesting or set an alarm to notify you when the appropriate confluency level has been reached (currently in development).

 

Real-time monitoring inside the incubator

The optimized cell detection and imaging technology applied to Celloger® Stack allows you to monitor multi-layer vessels with up to 10 layers while culturing the cells in a standard CO₂incubator (image acquired from the bottom layer).

By simply placing the culture vessel on the Celloger® Stack and connecting it to your laptop, you can observe the growth of your cells in real-time without removing them from the incubator. The system operates in environments with temperatures of 10-40°C and 20-95% humidity.

 

Captures images of multiple positions

The Celloger® Stack has a motorized camera so multiple points within the travel range of 11 x 24 cm can be imaged according to a schedule set by the user. It is possible to set various imaging schedules based on your research protocol, and the schedule modification can be made easily through simple adjustments.

 

Interchangeable vessel holders for different vessels

The Celloger® Stack comes with interchangeable vessel holders that allow the use of different vessels, making it versatile and adaptable to various experimental needs. The standard package includes a holder for Cellstack, but customized holders for vessels of different sizes, such as multi-layer dishes and flasks, can be provided upon request.

Automated Live Cell Imaging

Celloger® Mini Plus is an automated live cell imaging system that is equipped with an advanced fluorescence and bright field microscopy, autofocusing and real time multi-position imaging technology. It provides you all the tools you need to acquire the best quality images and accurate research results. Various cell-based research work and applications can be done with this all-around system.

Maintaining the performance of a device working in a hot and humid environment is very challenging. With Celloger® Mini Plus, you can easily monitor live cells inside the incubator for a long time without disturbing the environment suitable for cell culture.

Multi-Point Imaging

Using the motorized camera that travels 117mm x 77mm, x and y axis respectively, multiple points within the travel range can be captured following the schedule (intervals, cycles, total time) set by the researcher.

Stable Imaging Performance

Celloger® Mini Plus utilizes a moving camera inside the system to capture images of cells in multiple positions. Since the stage doesn’t move, the vessel and cell sample are in a steady state, which provides a stable environment for the cells to grow.
